Cosmo Carbonaro passed in Palm Springs California on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Dearly Beloved Husband of the late Betty Nee Teresi Loving father of Caryn (Eduardo) Carrasco and Peter (Mary) Carbonaro; Fond grandfather of Nicholas Carbonaro, Tracy (Matt) Negrusz, Juliette (Kal) Davis, Paulina Carrasco, Carolina (Aaron) Mikita, Zamantha Quezada,; Fond great grandfather of Lizzy, Tristan, Eva Lucia, Penelope (Pup,) ArI, Emma Edward and Hunter. Brother of the late Frank (Gloria) Carbonaro, Marietta (Tom), Burns, Rachel, (Thaxter) Hock; Loving uncle to Jimmy, Peter, Paul, Noreen, Mary Pat, Margaret, Tommy Peter, the late Tommy, and the late Barbara; Special friend of Grace Macaluso; Loving friend of many. Visitation Saturday, February 19,2022 from 9:30 to 10 am at Shrine of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel, Melrose Park. Funeral Mass at the Shrine at 10 A.M. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers, donations to CMDance would be appreciated 6445 East Ohio Avenue, Suite 150 Denver CO 80224. Cosmo and Betty loved to dance, “those were the best years of our lives”. They met dancing in 1954 at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago and a dance company was formed in their honor. When attending the visitation and/or funeral mass, please wear your facial mask and adhere to the social distancing.
